Style

My Style of wedding photography is Reportage – what this means is that I will capture your wedding in an informal and natural manor without directing what happens in front of the camera, well at least not too much.
Obviously I understand that you will still want a few formal photographs of family, friends and of course the two of you after the ceremony.

I will not only create beautiful images, but bring those images together as a coherent narrative. Whichever options you choose, the final album will bring together your day like a creative storyboard.

Weddings genuinely do excite me and you will notice from my photography that I have a passion for them, it is lovely to be able to photograph people who are happy and in love and you will certainly find that the images I capture of the two of you will provide wonderful lasting memories of your special day.

The perfect start to the wedding album is the preparation of you on your day, after all the wedding isn’t just a couple of hours it is literally the whole day, so why not provide a wonderful journey of images to look back on in years to come. I will be with you from the morning of your wedding day right up until the first dance, I will most likely dash between the bride and groom locations, to enable the story of your day to start the way it should.

Of course all weddings are photographed by me, I do not subcontract work, it is important you know and get on with the photographer. I do occasionally have an assistant working with me, mainly to assist with equipment and to provide me with the occasional bottle of water!
